No booking can be accepted until the correct deposit or full payment (whichever is applicable), is received by the owners.

For bookings made more than eight weeks before the start of the holiday, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due eight weeks before the commencement of the holiday. The owners reserve the right to re-let the property in the event of non-payment by the due date. For bookings made less than eight weeks before commencement full payment is required.

Payment will normally be in GB pounds but can be made in another currency, with prior agreement as to currency and amount. Payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or bank transfer.

A separate, refundable deposit will be required to cover breakages, losses and damage to the propertry. Also see CLEANING below

This should not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.

Pets are not allowed.

Please ensure that no person renting or visiting the property disturbs other occupiers of the building.

a) Within 4 weeks of the first night booked, no refund, except for security deposit. b) Between 4 and 8 weeks of the first night booked, 50% of rental value (+ security deposit).

Whilst the property has adequate insurance cover for buildings, contents, fire, flood etc. the owners unfortunately cannot take liability for cancellation costs, personal accident or death whilst on the premises or grounds. It is strongly recommended that you have travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

There is no additional charge for cleaning. You will therefore be expected to clean the property thoroughly before departure and leave it as you found it. If cleaning is required after you leave the cleaning agency's fees will be deducted from your security deposit.
